Building Community at the Florida Mental Health Counselor’s Association Conference

This past weekend, we had the incredible opportunity to attend the Florida Mental Health Counselor’s Association (FMHCA) Conference in Orlando. It was an inspiring event filled with passionate professionals dedicated to improving mental health care, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have been part of it.

Connecting with New and Familiar Faces

One of the best parts of the FMHCA conference was the chance to meet new friends and reconnect with old ones. Whether chatting over coffee or diving into discussions about mental health advocacy, the sense of camaraderie was truly uplifting. These moments remind us why we do what we do—because mental health support is strongest when built on community and connection.

Breaking Stigma and Brewing Hope

At Recovery Beans, we believe that every conversation about mental health is a step toward breaking the stigma. Events like FMHCA bring together professionals, advocates, and organizations all working toward the same mission: creating a world where mental health care is accessible, supportive, and stigma-free. Through our ethically sourced, craft-roasted coffee, we aim to fuel these vital conversations—one sip at a time.

Continuing the Conversation

The work doesn’t stop when the conference ends. We’re committed to supporting mental health initiatives and partnering with organizations that share our passion. If you attended FMHCA and want to connect, we’d love to chat! Let’s keep the conversation going and find ways to support each other in the journey toward better mental health care.

Join us in brewing hope—because together, we make a difference.
