Welcome to a coffee adventure with our Sumatra and Brazil blend, where deep Indonesian roots meet vibrant Brazilian flair. This blend is not just a coffee; it’s a celebration of cultures and a testament to the power of family and tradition in coffee farming.

From the Cool Highlands of North Sumatra: Our Indonesian beans are a true legacy of resilience, grown by dedicated smallholders at altitudes of 1,000 meters. These farmers have mastered the art of the wet-hulled process, unique to Indonesia, producing beans like Catimor, Caturra, and Typica that are rich in history and flavor. Known as Mandheling, after the local ethnic group, this coffee offers a taste of Indonesia’s strong community bonds and a robust, earthy profile that speaks of its heritage.

From the Sunny Slopes of Alta Mogiana, Brazil: Travel to Brazil’s Alta Mogiana Region where the Bom Jesus Single Estate lies, lovingly tended by the Oliveira family. At an altitude of 1,270 meters, the Mundo Novo and Yellow Catuai varieties flourish, sun-dried and rested for 30 days to perfect their natural sweet and syrupy flavors. This farm, part of the environmentally-conscious Labareda Group, not only produces coffee but also preserves the lush local flora and fauna, ensuring that every bean is as good for the planet as it is for your palate.

Brew this blend and be transported by its dark roast, which perfectly marries the syrupy, caramel notes of Brazil with the bold, earthy tones of Sumatra. It’s ideal for those who appreciate a coffee that tells a story as rich as its taste. And remember to crack a window, because while this blend is smoky and full of depth, we like to keep things fresh! Enjoy a cup that bridges continents, connecting the spirit of Indonesian and Brazilian coffee cultures in every sip.
