Our coffee and non-coffee products are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.
Our coffees are roasted “to order” and are a perishable product. That being said, we stand by the quality of our product, and if you are dissatisfied, please send us an email.
For non-coffee items, we take it on a case by case basis. We are committed to making it right for you, but we’ll have a conversation with you about how we can do that.
